For our third assigned project, we were told that we needed to package the object given during the beginning of the semester. My object being the bright orange golf watch. And so I decided that maybe packaging it almost like a golf ball of sorts would come off as a creative idea. My preliminary ideas came from a pack of rainbow colored golf balls seen online. But accessing such golf balls could take weeks to actually get, and usually only come in shipments of 500 or more. Which is way more than I actually need for the assignment. I started off with two golf balls surrounding the watch…Picture seen below…

Then I had an idea about making it more triangular and so I set it up like this…Picture seen below…

And then I played with some geometric designs to place on the front of the box, some of my ideas looked like this…Picture seen below…

And then while trying to set the golf balls down on the table without having them move around, I put one of them inside of the watch, and the look that it posed seemed very simple and very sleek. Quite appealing if you ask me. Pictures seen below…

And so my current idea exists as using something circular in design to encase the watch, and keep the golf ball inside of the watch as an extra “gift” when purchasing the product.
Things are always better when packaged together.
I like your idea of using brightly colored golf balls to continue your theme of candy to exemplify the bright colors of your watch and the fact that it is a golf watch. What exactly is a "golf watch"? How does it function differently then any other watch? Have you thought about how your packaging can highlight the special qualities of your watch?
